Lloyd is scheduled to drop TRU, his first album in seven years, on August 31. Ahead of its release, the R&B singer has unveiled the tracklist for the upcoming LP.

In an Instagram post published on Tuesday afternoon (August 21), Lloyd revealed the 11-track album would feature Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Curren$y, Khujo Goodie and Sevyn Streeter, among others.

“Dear God, With a considerable amount of consideration for myself, my loved ones, each person in this beautiful world, and this Amazing gift of music and song that you have given to me, I offer this collection of my most thoughtful and love-inspired music of my humbling life,” he wrote.

“Thank you for guiding me, teaching me the true value of love, and thank you for giving me the courage to share those lessons with my neighbor. May you protect me from any true danger as I walk the path of humility, and may you open up the hearts, eyes, and ears of others who have yet to embrace your love as you have done with me. I am so thankful. Amen.”

    1. This is a true fail and a desperate attempt at selling records when a artist take his or her clothes off the career is truly over and Lloyd jump on the Love and Hip Hop train because nobody is searching for you

    2. The same ones saying they can’t mess with the cover is the same ones that thought Young Thug was an inspiration for wearing a dress on his cover….

    3. I got a crazy Lloyd story I was in Atlanta GA. Getting chase by Shawty Red Bone real name unknown ( Geto Boyz Mind Playing Trick ) now I wish I would’ve let her catch me hah but let get to he Lloyd story I’m downtown Atlanta In food court trying to decide what I’m to eat so I go with Chinese get my plate sit down at the table alone Lloyd comes and Stan’s by my table like a don’t notice or I don’t know who he is then a few of his homeboys walked up then he set down at the table next to got me looking around then he drip weird moment I been watching Lloyd dents he came the game I love the song TRU. Song of the Day C Murder & R.I.P Mr.Magic (Picture Me TRU) I can hear these to artists on Lloyd Sing TRU remix .

    4. The most consistent cat in R&B over the last 10 years. Super talented, Currenssey my dude but if I was the producer of that I would
have reached out to a devin the dude and Bizzy Bone/krayzie for that track. This album is great.

      1. Wrong. Novel is without question and by far the most consistent and most slept on R&B artist out for over a decade. Besides, this is Lloyd’s first album in damn near a decade so your statement doesn’t make sense at all. JMSN has done nothing but drop heat the past 7 or 8 years as well. Lloyd don’t come close.
