Suge Knight’s Son Pens Emotional Instagram Post After Seeing Father “Neglected” In Court

During a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday (February 22), the infamous Marion “Suge” Knight insisted his treatment while incarcerated has been less than fair, while his father Marion Sr., mother Maxine and 21-year-old son Suge Jacob Knight looked on. The 51-year-old Knight, who hasn’t seen his son in two years due to jailhouse regulations, called the policy both “cruel” and “unusual.” He also added that people who kill police are “treated like kings” and that people who murder children are given more time with their lawyers than he is as he pleaded for a “fair trial,” according to Courthouse News. Unlike other inmates, Knight is prohibited from meeting with his attorneys on weekends.

His son took to Instagram to express his outrage at his father’s current situation and lamented the fact the prosecutor seemed to rush through the former Death Row CEO’s case because “she has a lot to do today.”

“Im grateful to see my dad this morning, but it hurts me to see him get neglected right in front of my face,” the mini-Knight wrote in the caption. “Im disgusted that these people take an oath to serve justice but do the exact opposite. I havent seen or heard this mans voice in two years! When will they view him as a human?”

Knight was arrested in 2015 in connection with a fatal hit-and-run after prosecutors charged him for the murder of Terry Carter and attempted murder of Cle Denyale “Bone” Sloan, who had worked as an adviser on the N.W.A biopic, Straight Outta Compton. County prosecutors allege Knight ran over the two men with his pickup in the parking lot of the Compton restaurant Tam’s Burgers on January 29 after an altercation with Sloan, which Knight claims was self-defense, something the young Suge addressed in his post.

“How come the man who turned himself in on a ‘Hit and Run’ case (Which is really a Self Defense Case) gets mistreated more than a Rapist or serial killer? I know sin is sin but what about mercy? I dont know anybody who can sit in solitary confinement for two years and not speak to, nor choose his own lawyer. When will they let him get the best chance to defend himself.”

Knight is due in court for another pre-trial hearing on March 27, where he faces a life sentence in state prison if convicted. Read his son’s full post above.

    1. She does have a point. Not saying that Suge is innocent, because history has shown him to be an agitator and a bully, but he should at least have access to his family, whether it be a phone call or visit…

    2. Suge Knight is a d***. He has gone years unpunished for the crime of taking away one of our most promising stars, Vanilla Ice.

    3. Hard to say why the system fear what Suge could do, his power has flamed out some years ago along wit the millions of dollars he once had I don’t think he broke but will most likely get rail road because of his like of funds to fight this case justice comes wit a price tag and a hefty one at that

    4. karma does and will come back to get you, no matter who you are. the justice system don’t care about suge and why should they, they are treating him just like he has been treating anyone who has been in his way or who he thought he could bully, harass, violently intimidate or threaten. i was in my early twenties back in the death row records days and aside from the few years suge spent in the pen after baby lane grazed him in the head with one of the shots that murdered tupac with he has gone unchecked to violently threaten and intimidate those people he thought he could get something out of or those people he thought owed him money. it was only a matter of time before suge fucked up big and now the government finally has him. as i sit here looking at my death row records shirt and chain, i think back to what could of been..if tupac had never signed with suge and death row..he would still be alive. for those unfamiliar with the story of death row records i recommend watching the documentary welcome to death row, it is the best death row documentary out on dvd

    5. Fuck this little bitch and fuck Suge, he deserves all of this for how he did people in his prime. Pac and Big would still be here.

    6. “The prosecutor rushes the judge to end the session because she has alot to do today.”

Like how your Pops rushed through a crowd of people in his vehicle?

      1. He gave us 2Pac? he didnt give us no damn 2pac. “2Pacalypse Now” and “Strickly for my Niggaz” were out before he went to Death row. Smh.

      2. No he didnt. 2Pac was famous WAAYY before that. Matter of fact, his album Me Against the World was Number 1 in America while he was in Jail. That’s my fav 2pac album. 2pac officially released 1 album on Death Row, as far as I remember[All Eyez On Me]. They doing Suge dirty though

        1. 2pac release 4 albums and 1 greatest hits album with DeathRow. All eyes on me, Makaveli, until the end of time and better days and then a greatest hits album..

    7. Suge knight fucked tupack in the ass and killed him…he deserves a gold medal for getting rid of that fake ballerina rapper

    8. Nope, fuck them tears. Karma always comes to collect. Your daddy shouldn’t have ruined lives. Now you have to know how it feels.
