French magazine Closer was the first to report on Brown’s latest legal troubles. The publication interviewed the alleged victim, who provided her account of what happened.

The woman claims she was raped by Brown on January 15. After being introduced to Brown through a friend, the woman spent time clubbing with the singer and his entourage. She was invited back to the Mandarin Oriental hotel, where the assault allegedly took place.

At the hotel, she says Brown took her into a small room and raped her. She also accused one of his friends and his bodyguard of raping her after Brown’s initial assault.
