you gotta respect Tech and Strange Music. Consider that Tech has started reaching a lot of new ears over the last 2 years since dropping all 6’s and 7’s and welcome to strangeland. Ever since that momentum started building everyone on strange music seems to be getting their product released; Mayday, Krizz Kaliko, looks like Steve Stone on deck. I mean the guy actually uses his growth in popularity to try and gain exposure for his other artists, some that have been down with him forever. The whole label comes on tour with him. And all the music they put out is acclaimed, no bullshit. Who cares what it sells, its the dedication and the effort that means something. Don’t expect YMCMB or MMG to ever promote or push anyone who doesn’t sell. They only loyal to the big marketable names. Take notes all you labels out there, this is what an independent grind is, your top dog, Tech in this case going to bat for all his artists. We salute you Strange Music, keep it up.
I met him sunday at a meet and greet in PA great guy and he also gave his all on stage! Noone can fuck with the strange stage show! It made all the other live shows I have been to look like crap!
