Slain is basicly a whiteboy prozak. He’s alright But i dont see GREATNESS. like jay z in him or eminem. (im not basing it on looks either) but people need to stop getting in this game unless theyre trying to be one of the best ever… This song is the shit so is techs verse though.
Its a god damn shame this is the shit that pops in peoples head when they think Boston hip hop, when in reality, the city has so much more to offer. Granted, theres not nearly the scene comparable to NY, LA, Chicago etc., but we got some cats with serious bars. I just can’t get on board with Slaine, hated him since my buddy first did a song with him years ago and he built a buzz around here, he just has absolutely zero charisma and like ability. Matter of fact, thats how I’m starting to feel about Madchild nowadays too, but at least he keeps my attention. Tech killed it as always, made the song tolerable, not his best not his worst, just average consistent Tech. C’mon Boston, step it the fuck up. REKS, Ego G and Guru’s ghost carrying the city on their backs…

Whether or not you support your hometown boy Slaine, you should give him props for the way he reps Boston. There are so many great MC’s I would NEVER of heard if it wasn’t for SLAIN. It seems to me your issue stems from personal problems.
