I have been waiting for 5 days for MY PAYCHECK and still nothing, so forgive me if my ass doesn’t bleed sympathy for “the poor rich guy” behind this company. Bottom line? People just want their money! Let’s not turn this into a race thing….this, my friend is ALL about MONEY!

But this has made me rethink where I put my money.. People like you are what makes society broken. We are no different and I’m sure that they don’t accept your application by race.
I had 500 dollars yesterday and today 63 what the hell is going on check into my room and card were decline what the hell had to sleep in my car because all the money I had were on that card what the hell white or black this is fuck up point blank period !!!!! I have had this card for 20 years or more and yes I am pist off
We called at 12:09 a.m. & went to sleep woke up at 7:44 a.m. they Still didn’t come to the phone. The said part is they tell the Bank to tell all Company payroll to let their employees know that it will post at 12:00 midnight.. Knowing the job wouldn’t open on Sat . So ppls would have to wait til Monday. Meanwhile bills don’t stop . ppls need gas & things . They wait all wk to take care of !!!! It’s Not about just want the money everyone needs it. Its rough times
Very very upset with this massive shutdown. I can’t access my money. These bill collectors are not gone wait in this “Glitch” to be fixed. All my incom along with mypayroll deposit goes on there that card and that’s how I pay my bills. I can’t talk to anyone at rushcard so they refer you to website which is also down!! This needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY!!! ALONG WITH A MONETARY COMPENSATION FOR THIS SO CALLED “GLITCH”!! I had this card for years thinking about switching!!!!
It’s tough. Theoretically something similar can happen with any bank card. Imagine if Bank Of America went down for a week. What I find most concerning with RushCard is considering the additional fees, you’d hope they’d provide consistent and accurate information. The narratives that came out of this incident are gut wrenching. What if someone really did get fired over a RushCard? That’s a viral video they definitely don’t need. Rush still haven’t released our funds & the sad part about it is . The News said ppls use the prepaid cards because they can’t get one at a “Real Bank” ….. Really ??? I have Two “Real” Bank accounts!!!! I use them because now a days if u use your personal info to pay bills it either get hacked or the Bill Company take more than they should !!! Then say we will give a Bill Credit !!!! Nawl I want my cash just like u do . I can’t Credit my bills … So at the End of the day we live comfortable & can’t afford to loose Not One Penny
If you guys wanna laugh, look at the Rushcard Facebook page! The most recent update said there will be no fees from Nov 1, 2015-feb 29, 2016. Hello??? You still haven’t corrected the MAIN issue which is the fact that a LOT of people, myself included, still dont have their money, and then u put this retention offer out as though the issue has been resolved??? Wtf are they doing at Rushcard?!?! Who is running the damn show???
