    1. good luck with that look what happened to Suge Knight, Irv Gotti and Dame Dash after they started talkin that “we need an union” shit.

        1. yes sir he was and J. Prince was the fourth hiphop mogul who was gonna set up the union. (i left his name out of the comment because i don’t remember if he got harassed like the three others).

      1. The largest is called the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada (AMF for short). Believe him now?

        1. What does it do for the artist/producer? Any pension? Irv Gotti, J. Prince, and Suge Knight tried to form a union using MLB’s union people. Not long after, the Fed’s began to destroy their labels. The industry doesn’t want a union with power involved.

    2. Why can’t people just get paid for the service they provide and stop looking for some special kind of recognition…today’s producers are just as “cookie cutter” as the rappers. Why is it so hard to understand that the voice/face gets the rec…bands have been overlooked for the lead singer forever, this is nothing new. Be happy you get paid to push buttons and enjoy life. What in the past has mislead you to believe that being a hiphop producer brings recognition? There’s like maybe a dozen hiphop producers all time that get the same rec as rappers and they’re icons who paved the way for whinebags like this to make a living cutting and pasting samples on their laptop

    3. You are NOT a producer if you only use tinny, trash beats, have no samples, don’t chop or loop samples.
      This generation is crazy, LOST.

        1. Ah yes I do numbnuts, it’s about getting your fingers dusty, looping up and chopping up samples, quantizing samples, changing pitches time signatures etc NOT pushing a couple of buttons and have an “original composition” that is just shitty tinny drums and bass and horrible keyboards. PS Gobble some nuts.

      1. Apparently you dont know what a producer is. They new generations are composers since they are not sampling/copying some elses work. The new generation of produce make more original beats and are therefore more authentic and organic.

    4. The only artist that’s gotten away with some type of rebellious shit like that was Prince up until a year ago. But other than that no other big name artist/producer is gonna support no union foh.

    5. This clip shows why yall need to stop hiring so many fucking kids. Is there anyone in their mid to late 30s up there? Bink isnt suing over a stolen beat. Hes suing Meek for not paying him for sampling a song he produced on Jay Zs Blueprint.
