Dilla has been making beats in the industry since the mid 90’s for Pharcyde, Busta Rhymes, Roots, Common, Tribe, De La Soul, Janet Jackson, D’Angelo, Mos Def… the list goes on and on. Come on man if you don’t know your shit dont even bother. Slum is not overrated, if anything they are underrated.

As a “new” fan who started listening to SV during the Elzhi era, I have found all stages of Slum enjoyable. From Dilla to RJ, from Baatin to Illa, it’s all good!

Also are they talking about El with this “it should have been forever” crap? Seems like the tune was different when Villa Manifesto came out and most of the Elzhi Verses were cut right after he was dropped from the label.
