Can’t put my finger on it but somewhere down the line my confidence got depleted, like a boxer defeated, it seems I can’t get over these recent, setbacks that keep restraining me from progressing, I’m stressing, the world expects nothing bless than perfection, but I’m just a kid not ready for that type of strain, that’s the type of pressure that’d turn Justin beber to the new Kurt kobain, don’t get me wrong I ain’t saying, when my names called I won’t step up to the plate, just know with one swing I’m taking first second and third base, just wanna go at my own pace, without any deadlines to meet, no corporate timesheets, just a poet and beats, making timeless music, touching the souls of the kids that can relate to his, struggles magnified through his lyrics, while trying to resurrect the spirit, of a forgotten tradition that once gave him light, so for now he’s bonded with the game till he’s with his favorite rappers in the afterlife
