Earlier this week Frank Ocean’s reference vocals for this track written for Bridget Kelly were leaked as it’s own song. Here’s the official with Bridget on vox.

I like this one more but maybe thats because i dont really like r&b anymore when its guys like it seems corny. oh and her voice is better than his.
Bridget could get it
the lyrics go better with a male saying them, this version gets a 4 but Franks version gets a Five.
I love it! I love both versions. Who is this chick, I’m feeling her voice!! Sing to me anyday!

21st century R&B. So good.
Kris Kristofferson wrote and performed “Me and Bobby McGee” but Janis Joplin sang it into posterity. Bridget Kelly makes this song great exactly the same way Janis did for Kristofferson, and that’s taking nothing whatsoever away from Frank Ocean’s vocalization. It’s just going to be infinitely more memorable (not better or worse) the way BK sings it.
