Chuck D kinda has that kind of irregular delivery but it just didn’t go over well on this track. It gets better in the second verse. But I fuck with PE, and before somebody calls me some disrespectful young’n that knows nothing about Hip Hop, I acknowledge that they are legends and I hope to hear more…just giving an honest opinion. I give it a 3 because everything but the flow is on point.
