A triple threat artist producer/singer/rapper that has been feat on major artist from kid ink to meek mill. He’s a very talented up and coming dude w a solid fan base I figured you were in tuned. But it’s your personal favorites though can’t knock it.

I appreciate this sort of things. I’ve been digging SonReal, Snak & Mercules for some time now. Shad is a lyrical beast, but I don’t really feel his beats. Nice mix of old & new canadian rappers. Also, you should check out Quake Matthews & Kayo Guevarra.One of them should probably be on this list as well.
Let’s not forget Freedom Writers, Tasha The Amazon, Shi Wisdom, D-Sisive and Muneshine. Freedom Writers, in particular, are phenomenally brilliant, in the conscious/political/social comment tradition of Public Enemy,Disposable Heroes of HipHoprisy, early Spearhead and Dead Prez.
Shad is the fucking man. His last 2 albums have been fantastic. Also, I would definitely consider K’Naan more of an African than Canadian regardless of his citizenship. He’s definitely seen more shit than any other rapper on the list, or any rappers on any list.
