      1. Kendrick lamars “flow and delivery” suits any beat lol. We are in the presents of hiphop greatest. The more and more I here from this guys features it seems the better he gets.
        KING Kendrick!!

      2. too early to call Kendrick the hip hop greatest but this joint is a perfect work. “Kendrick lamars “flow and delivery” suits any beat lol” – can you imagine Lamar rappin over some Snowgoons type beat or AOTP like instrumental? no. Anyway this shit is hot

      3. It would be a dream come true to see Kendrick Lamar put his lyricism and flow to work on a Snowgoons tune! I wish the mainstream artists would team up with underground producers and make music. There are so many decent mainstream rappers that only really fuck with commercial type producers. Imagine mainstream heavyweights rapping to a totally opposite sound of music.

    1. hot beat and while everyone says Kendrick is great i think his flow is awful! not saying hes a bad rapper but hes just got an awful flow!

    2. this song fucking sucks. sounds too cluttered. too much shit is going on. what the fuck is kendrick even talking about throughout this song? It is a bunch of pseudo-intellectual garbage that makes little to no coherent sense and is not cohesive as a verse at all. I do not walk away from this song thinking about anything differently or even knowing what the point of the song was. If i do not gather the intention and vision of the artist after experiencing the art piece of question, than this art piece has failed in execution.

Sure there may be some clever metaphors and cool examples of imagery in his verse but it doesn’t all come together at any point. Sounds like a long ass stream of consciousness which as a song is not appealing and will most likely have no replay value. I’m not trolling either. I don’t give a fuck about kendrick’s supposed “king” status. Section80 to me was mad overrated – the album was not cohesive both sonically and thematically. GKMC in comparison to the other albums of that year, was a classic album no doubt. But to call him a legend after that is fucking retarded.

      2 Stars.

      1. I do not understand haters like you @penetration of loved ones..
If you have not liked kendrick’s music since 2010, WHY are you still listening to it???

I do not like YOUNG THUG’s music so I don’t listen to him, its that simple man.

But people like you have to hate on everything or you will not be satisfied.

I wanna hear what FLYLO/KENDRICK listeners think of his music, negative or positive. But if you are straight hating, piss off!

      2. bruh @penetration you have got to be on drugs man, first off for you to think Good Kid Maad City is better than Section80 is nuts. First you need to listen to some of Kendricks Mixtapes, particularly the C4 mixtape. Also Section80 has some of the songs that really got him noticed. I like Good Kid Maad City and all and sonically it’s nice but on a production level I think certain songs would have been better off with a better beat or production (good production and beat examples are Poetic Justice, Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe for example). So for his next album he needs to work on making sure that the production game is on point becuase just the right beat and production means a lot. And why you don’t like this Flying Lotus track I don’t understand. Do you understand Flying Lotus makes sorta unique and trippy music? Of course Kendricks subject matter is going to be abstract, I thought it was on point. I think you need to just open up to more music listening and get exposed to different types of music.

      3. @penetration

That is probably the most intellectual comment I have ever seen on this website. Kudos to you!

Also, I couldn’t agree more that this song is a mess. The array of shit going on basically drowns out the vocals and makes it impossible to even focus on the lyrics. If this is what hip hop is going to become then I think the majority of it is going to be terrible. It’s a shame because sometimes cross-over tracks like this are well executed and great. I’ve never been a Flying Lotus fan previously though after checking the hype. Just not my taste, but I was interested to see what this would be like and it’s awful.

      4. nigga, i got C4, Kendrick Lamar EP, OD, Training Day, GKMC, S80, and random tracks he released in between. i am well versed with this muthafucka’s music. Yes, sure this track may seem “trippy” to some music listeners – that does not make it an objectively good track. I was stating my opinion which is subjective.

HIs lyrics seem pseudo-intellectual to me because he is not really actually talking about any concrete concept nor does he retain an overarching theme throughout the verse to sum it all up. And I would not even call this track “trippy” either. It sounds cluttered with weak melodic aspects. The song sonically has a lot random shit and sounds going on almost the entire song which make it difficult for some to pick up what kendrick is even discussing in his verse.

And yes, GKMC was a better album than s80. s80 at some points lacked directionality and seemed to touch on a multitude of topics without bringing them all together with one central concept. GKMC did both of those things successfully.

      5. nigga…to say that because YOU didn’t get it means that the artist has failed is ridiculously arrogant. Just means it’s not for YOU. Go somewhere.

      6. I agree it sounds way too messy for me to enjoy. I cant make out what he is saying. but it sounds like it could have alot of potential.

    3. Kendrick is mad overrated. He hides the fact that a lot of his bars dont make sense with dope production and engineering tricks. This beat is not flylo’s best either.
