Pootie Tang is a
comedic movie from Paramount Pictures
that depicts an urban crime fighter who is also a recording artist who speaks
in an unorthodox language. The movie’s actor are relative no names to any
advertising billboard or to a visual audience. The flick is featured on the
obscure Chris Rock Productions, who
is the only recognizable name in the motion picture.
With the continuing remedy of all urban movies, the soundtrack is usually the
pinnacle of the movie’s success and popularity. By contrast, if there is
signature song that is composed in the album, this will result for much guided
stability for the given picture. However, the Pootie Tang Soundtrack is a monumental disappointment and provides
a whirlwind of abolishing collaborations.
Partly with the motion picture that tormented audiences nationwide, the
soundtrack will also carry the same negative distinctions. Some of the obvious
faults are tracks like Comin ‘ Up On
Somp’n by the inefficient E-40, You Know How We Do with the laughable Shaquille O’Neal. In addition to A Women Needs To Be Loved by unknown
artist K. K are the recognizable
carnage that accompanies the saturated soundtrack.
The only positive inserts would be the flourishing debut single Pootie Tangin by the talented 702.The much maligned classic like Poison by BBD and I Want To Be Your Man
by old-time swindlers Zapp & Roger
Troutman are the only blatant stand outs in the soundtrack.
Nonetheless, if the common consumer is relatively courageous enough to purchase
this soundtrack, beware the album might appeal to the intoxicated or the
disillusioned. Preparation will be set to place this compilation with any
rhetoric eight track collection.
