Wafting somewhere between rapper and vocalist stands Las Vegas MC Euroz. Many of todayâs urban contemporary male artists find themselves standing in the shadow casted by Drake, serving as a one-stop shop for bars and vocals. That hustle isnât lost on Euroz. For No Good Reason shows just how versatile artists in this era have to be.
Euroz enlists Belgium born producer Alex Lustig to provide the perfect southern inspired meets OVO instrumental landscape for his confident flow and cocky crooning. For No Good Reason opens over vibrant, triumphant keys and an infectious base line that displays Euroz chronicling how it took spending time in jail to realize his dreams with âThe judge threw the book at me I read that shit from front to back, chapters of my life was took and still I donât want nothing back / I ainât changed I just let that shit inspire me, mastered the pen behind bars oh the irony.â
Continuing with the theme of life ailments on âNothing Matters,â we see Euroz flirt with different vocal afflictions as he exhibits his ability to blend multiâs over the lugubrious melody and downbeat snare with bars like, âIâm just thinking as the joint is lit, âbout the riots on the tier boy the joint was litâ but with a hint of ostentation âIt was written in the sky them stars aligning now, a cold case of âIâve been killing, yâall just finding out.ââ
âTroubleâ and âWayne Manorâ continue to highlight Eurozâs ability to humble brag with subtle flamboyance and substance; a trend thatâs prevalent throughout the project. At his best, Euroz is able to convey his message through imagery over the late night vibe, emotive production of Lustig.

But perhaps where the EP begins to lose steam is with âSaid & Done,â âBlue Moon,â and âCannabis.â From the melodic production to the vocal patterns; youâre reminded just how powerful an influence the 6 God is, as these three tracks could stand in as bonus tracks left on the cutting room floor of Take Care.
Aubrey Graham similarities aside, Euroz does a good job to whet the appetite while he preps a new mixtape and proper album over the summer. The chemistry showcased with Lustig is borderline flawless. For No Good Reason stands as a palatable placeholder for the burgeoning Vegas artist thatâs worth the listen.
