Young Guru is slated to mix the entirety of Freeway’s upcoming album Diamond in the Ruff, releasing on November 13th via Babygrande Records.
Guru has previously mixed 10 out of 11 of Jay-Z’s albums, and has lent his skills to artists including Beyonce, Rihanna, Ghostface Killah, Mariah Carey and a slew of others.
Diamond in the Ruff is slated to include features from Wale, Musiq Soulchild, Styles P, Marsha Ambrosius and more, as well as production from Bink!, Jake One and Needlz. In anticipation of the album’s release, Free will also drop his new mixtape Freedom of Speech.
