Young Dolph is revving up his promotional efforts ahead of the release of his new project, Thinking Out Loud.
The self-described “King of Memphis” has unveiled his new line of Thinking Out Loud-themed merchandise. It includes an $85 bulletproof flak jacket, a clear nod to last month’s Hollywood shooting incident that left Dolph with multiple gunshot wounds.
The jacket comes with a disclaimer that reads, “This item is solely the plate carrier vest, MOLLE plates sold separately.” In other words, the jacket isn’t actually bulletproof.
Elsewhere, Dolph is selling vinyl, cassette tapes and CD copies of his new album, as well as Thinking Out Loud-themed t-shirts, hoodies and bandanas.
Dolph’s upcoming LP features 10 tracks with guest appearances from D.R.A.M., Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz and Ty Dolla $ign. On Wednesday (October 18), he also released a new video for the album’s single, “Believe Me,” which was partially filmed during his hospital stay.

Thinking Out Loud is expected to arrive on Friday (October 20).
Actually a pretty clever marketing concept. Makes me wonder if he really got shot.
Definition of Bulletproof-Designed to resist the penetration of bullets.
I think its safe to say Dolph thinks he got his recent bullet wounds falling off a bicycle. Dolph might want to rethink this marketing scheme he just came up with b/c evidently he is not bulletproof at all
i PREdict this guy will next get knocked out on WSHH very soon..just watch #cmg
Just be thankful bc it seems rough out here for you, Dolph. Don’t brag. Blessings are not to be toyed with imo. Ignorance begets ignorance
