Over the weekend, HipHopDX posted the audio of Young Buck’s [click here] brief interview with G-Unit Radio [click to listen]. The interview was based around a variety of topics, from Buck’s current relationship with 50 Cent to his alleged beef with Eminem.
In the audio, Buck explains his side to the Eminem beef rumor.
“I would never diss Eminem. I’ma be real. What had happened was I got a white producer that’s from my town [He] produced that track. So when I went into the booth, I’m like ‘Eminem, we after your ass.’ Basically speaking on the production side of things because the producer of the track is a white dude and Eminem is his favorite and just fucking with him.”
He went on to add that he was upset that the track was released the way it was.
“Actually, I still slam the shit out of his ass for keeping that shit on there.”
He said he instantly spoke to Trick-Trick to let Eminem know that he did not mean to disrespect the Detroit emcee.
“Eminem’s been one of the realest motherfuckers with me in this rap shit. There’s only a handful of ’em, you know,” he said of Slim Shady.
Buck also spoke on his relationship with 50 Cent.
“I’m doing what it takes to survive. You know, I’m still trying to handle the business side with [50 Cent],” he noted. “I ain’t nothing but a phonecall away or an [airplane] ticket away.”
“I’m just ready to keep it moving.”
“I’m willing to get some money. I’m willing to come to a conclusion and put something out there.”
50 Cent has yet to speak on the matter.
