Earlier in the week DX told you about Wordsworth’s
newest endeavors. He’s got a new album in the works with EMC,
a crew composed of Words, Punchline, Strick and Masta
Ace. However, music isn’t the only thing on this mind, as we found out
when he sat down with us to speak about his upcoming film.
“Right now, me and my boy Q Salizar
are finishing up a movie script. Just taking time to make sure it has
everything I want in it. Don’t want to miss anything,” Wordsworth
told DX.
This isn’t his first stint writing for the screen.
Previously in his career, he spent some time writing for TV shows, including
the hit Lyricist Lounge show on MTV. With this upcoming
script, Wordsworth seems poised to have another big name
attached to the project.
“Once it’s done, we’ll shop it. I really want
to get with Jerry Bruckheimer or somebody that won’t spare no expense on
bringing it to life,” he added.
When asked about the topics in the script, Wordworth
kept things secretive. However, he did tell DX a little about
what he’s written.
“I’m just gonna say it’s autobiographical about a
chapter in my life,” he stated.
Currently, his group’s newest track 4 Brothers can be
heard in our Audio section:
