Will Smith Gives Back To Philadelphia High School

Thanks to the generosity of actor Will Smith a high school in Philadelphia won’t have to worry about replacing 30 computers that were recently stolen.

According to the Associated Press, Smith’s The Will And Jada Smith Foundation along with the Charlie Mack Cares Foundation donated 29 Apple laptops and a desktop to West Philadelphia High School.

Students stole 60 computers from the high school and only 30 of the 60 computers were recovered by police.

Charlie Mack, an activist and former security for Smith and DJ Jazzy Jeff, contacted Smith after hearing about the stolen computers on local news.

Smith was raised in an area of Philadelphia not too far from the high school. The 42-year-old actor is currently at work filming the third installment of Men In Black in New York City.

      1. I don’t have any money to throw to you but I do has Jesus. He can help you overcome any obstacle you are facing. 1st Peter 5:6-7 says, “Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, so that He ma exalt you at the proper time, casting all your care on Him, because He cares about you”.

    1. He never forgets where he came from and ironically West Philly High is the rival to Overbrook…Still West Philly stand up props to Charlie Mack and Will……
