Earlier this year I was really struggling with depression and was at the end of my rope. It was April 19th my late mother’s birthday.Out of nowhere I got a call from my ex who I hadn’t spoken with in over a year.
Not just ‘ any’ ex, THE ex.Her.
She called me to tell me she was in California, and invited me to Coachella. Which was crazy because of how long we hadn’t spoken & to pick THIS day of all to break the silence like,well…Fate.
I characteristically told her to, “f*ck off” and hung up. Only to call back 2 minutes later and accept.
This was my chance. To win back the love of my life. To get out of this funk that was eating away at me. And to go To Coachella but, when I checked the line up the headliners were okay but nobody really overwhelming caught my eye, except
Rae Sremmurd.
I knew that they were going to bring the hammer! That they would set the tone for what could be the greatest week weekend of my life.
They did not disappoint.
They were electric.
It was magic. A few days before I was contemplating the worst. Now I was watching Rae Sremmurd, moshing away my blues, with the love of my life.
And then she kissed me. And i knew everything would be better now. Somehow.
Honestly I carried the momentum from that night with me. I detoxed and started writing again. Oh, and am still very much in contact with the love of my life, but there’s a small problem.
I live in Oregon and she in NYC. We see each other as often as possible but not nearly enough. We had honestly planned to go to THIS show in NYC as our “Sremmerversary” but unfortunately, my situation can’t afford it.
Until I saw this.
Once again it feels like fate.
Do it for love. Do it for Srem Life 2. Do it for Lil Yachty. Do it for the turn up. Please just do it.

Hi I’m Sterling Noreiga and I attend St. John’s university in queens NY on scholarship and I also write and create music as that being the only that wakes me up in the morning and the last thing info before I go to bed. I would love to see these artists as I love every opportunity to witness bigger artist entertain crowds and keep an electric energy throughout the whole venue. This becomes my classroom where I learn and study their movements as I envision myself on that stage one day. If meeting them could also be a possibility than I would be prepared to ask questions of the steps they took to make it that level. Howdy 🙂 I would love to be able to attend the show because Rae Sremmurd have been such an important part in my life since 2015 . When I first heard them on the radio I knew I would become a stan because never in my existence have I heard such a lit ass track as No Flex Zone . They had me popping this pussy to Come Get Her and crying over rihlationship problems I never had in This Could Be Us . There is not one song on SL1 or SL2 that I don’t like . They put me on Bobo Swae and the legendary Jay Sremm as well as others . Their work on SL2 has been their best by far and I would do anything to be able to see them live and experience the opening to Start A Party in real life . I really love the entire SremmLife Crew as a whole and would have a stroke if I was able to witness all of their greatness live .
