Westside Gunn has been dealt another tragic blow after losing a man he calls his “brother,” but his Hip Hop brethren are rallying around him.

The Griselda rapper took to Instagram on Sunday (April 7) to pay tribute to close associate Infinite a.k.a. Big Dump following his death over the weekend.

“Y’all really just took my brother away from Me,” he wrote alongside photos of them together. “Everyday im not with u you still make sure I’m good I’m talking EVERY DAY!!! my big bro, my protector, My Twin!!!!!!

“We just got on u yesterday for not being in Philly w/ me for Mania and leave Mania to getting a [FaceTime] w/ u in the street under a fuckin sheet.”

Gunn continued: “I don’t even go out without you, this shit so soon but idk what to do, we strong matter of fakt the strongest and I know u don’t want me to do nothing but be the greatest just do what u always did keep watching over me. the STREET LEGEND @inf_escobar #GXFR LOVE U.

“losing CHELLE, Big Al and now my bro in a couple years got me numb but thru everything I keep smiling bc even tho I know they believed in me they believed in GOD and GOD IS THE GREATEST.. Pray for the Family!!!!!!!”

The Pray For Paris MC suffered another huge loss the following year with the passing of his Aunt Chelle, who he referred to as “my foundation, the person who raised me, the one who made me FLYGOD, the person who introduced me to Hip Hop, to Fashion, my biggest supporter, my Aunt/Sis/Mom.”
