In what seems to be the hot new trend in hip hop, rapper Game missed his March 29 court date in New York.
The Compton MC was supposed to appear in court on charges of impersonating an officer. According to the New York Post, the warrant will not be activated if Game appears at his next court date on June 13th.
The charge stems from an incident on November 16th, 2006, when police stopped the cab in which Game was riding. The cab was stopped because it ran several red lights. When the police investigated, the cab driver told police that Game had flashed a badge and claimed he was an undercover cop, and told the driver to run the lights.
Both Game and his attourney have denied the allegations.
