Wack 100 says Kodak Black is just fine and doesn’t need help, despite many people’s thoughts to the contrary.
The Florida rapper appeared visibly off to some observers in his new Drink Champs interview, sparking fans to speak out about what they saw as a need for rehab. But according to Wack, people need to mind their business.

“AINT NOTHING WRONG WITH @kodakblack,” he wrote in an Instagram post on Sunday (October 29). “EITHER YOU UNDERSTAND HIM OR YOU DONT! MAN WAS FOCUSED AND BEING HISSELF. THE GREATS ALWAYS STAND ALONE!”

Fans aren’t the only ones speaking out about Kodak Black’s interview, as some of his peers have been chiming in as well – like Meek Mill, who said he “damn near don’t even wanna be labeled a rapper nomore” after Yak’s comments about his 6ix9ine collab.
While addressing “Shaka Laka,” Yak gave two main defenses for his decision to work with the controversial rapper: the amount of money he’d make, and that Tekashi’s snitching happened far away from his home region of Broward County, Florida.

“When they first hit about it I was on some shit like, ‘Hell yeah, what the fuck?’ It wasn’t nothing to think about. There wasn’t anyone to call like, ‘Should I do this?’” he began, attributing the initial connection between the artists to Wack 100, who began managing Tekashi last year.
“He confirmed and got that to me like three months later. They asked another n-gga and the other rapper said, ‘Yeah’ at first, and I guess whatever n-ggas be in bruh ear convinced [him to change his mind.]”
Kodak continued: “They fuck with me because I gave my answer and that was that. Ain’t nothing to think about. That’s an M homie. One song. Like what the fuck?
“I understand the value of a dollar. $100 is still $100. A band is still a band. I don’t even know the n-ggas he told on and I ain’t even from other there. N-gga, that’s y’all rat!”

The claim that Kodak received a million dollars for his contribution to the track was first made by Wack 100. 6ix9ine later confirmed the dollar figure, but said that it hadn’t come from him. Instead, it was paid by a vape company.
As far as his health, Kodak Black raised concerns just a couple months back when he fell asleep during an Instagram Live stream. In viral footage of the moment from mid-August, Yak was seen recording himself when he nodded off for a few moments with a cup in his hand.
Some felt he was simply tired and could’ve used some sleep, while others believed a bigger issue was at play and that he needed professional help.
