Vado Discusses Forming A Group With Fabolous, Lloyd Banks & Juelz Santana

As Vado begins to generate interest for his new project Slime Flu 3, he continues fielding offers from labels. According to the rapper, he is leaning towards signing with DJ Khaled’s We The Best but says nothing has been finalized. He also stopped by The Breakfast Club to talk about how he was going to form a group with Lloyd Banks, Juelz Santana and Fabolous

“That’s how it’s looking but you know there’s nothing guaranteed yet,” he said of his deal with Khaled. “But that’s how it’s looking…We’ve got the same mission and that’s going straight to the top. When I had a sit-down with him (DJ Khaled), he was telling me everything I wanted to hear so you know, it was on and poppin’.”

He also shared that there has been interest from T.I. about signing him but that nothing was finalized.

Later in the interview, Vado mentioned a group that he was looking to form. According to Slime, talks began with Lloyd Banks, Juelz Santana and Fabolous about a group.

“To be honest, we spoke on it one time,” he explained. “Shout out to Banks. Shout out to Juelz. We was all on a conference call. We was reaching out to Fab. We was trying to get the commission, like a group. We was tryin’ to form some superhero type…But you know people got they albums…So we just fell back with it.”

      1. Groupie ass responses. It’s not hatin to point out the obvious, all these cats are supposed to be “bosses” but make employee moves. Slime flu series is still dope.

    1. Being completely honest Juelz Santana doesn’t fit in there he is no where near their level on the mic

      Banks Fab Vado Juelz Santana

    2. Wow. So more mixtapes from all these mixtape cats? Scared to death to release albums, so let’s release more mixtapes together! Yaaay!

      1. at least with Kahled we would see an album, unlike if he was signed to Young Money where he would be part of a growing roster of wasted talent.

    3. BANKS is the MOST underrated MC IMO besides that boy AZ…..those boys’ pen work GOES HAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRDDDD!

    4. They should stick togehter because as solo artists they suck. They cant carry an album by themselfs so form this group!

    5. Fabolous, Lloyd Banks, Juelz Santana & Vado? That’d be the ish!

Not as dope as a Tony Yayo, Shyne, Master P, Nick Cannon supergroup, but you can’t keep up with legends.

    6. I think this would be a good group. But let’s be honest if anything it should be two duo’s. Banks and Fab. Juelz and Vado. That makes a little more sense. They all 4 do have chemistry but I think Vado and Juelz are on a lower level that that of Banks and Fab lyrically but very up to par. Vado’s new mixtape is tough and that Juelz mixtape is okay. Fab’s Soul Tape 2 did us justice as I’m positive the new Banks F.N.O. will as well. Banks never disappoints

    7. they are all mid-level mc’s, they all kind on the same subject matter: ego, money bitches, cars

      maybe it will work

    8. idk, jus kick Juelz out…this is coming from a heavy DipSet fan too (spent money on Back Like Cooked Crack & What The Game Been Missing) Juelz fell the fuck off..”God Willin” is shit, i hate sounding like the trolls on ere but that nigga disappointed me

    9. thatd be a crazy album. juelz is nice on features he usually kills it. when its him and 4 other ppl..juelz prob is his albums arnt usually nice from start to finish usually just like half are good joints then half are ok or suck.. but hes nice on the verse check him out in soft on his next mixtape..fire verse
