Usher has a new song titled “Glu” on the way, and he’s enlisted Lori Harvey for a steamy music video.
On Tuesday (February 14), Usher took to his TikTok with a new trailer for his upcoming single, and the visuals are right down the singer’s alley.

The clip opens with several sultry shots of Harvey walking through a room, holding onto a saddle, touching her body, taking a shower and more.

Fans were buzzing in the comments section, especially because of Lori Harvey’s starring role. Harvey’s love life has been the topic of discussion in recent years thanks to her high-profile relationships with fellow celebrities such as Future and Michael B. Jordan.
The model — who is the daughter of Steve Harvey — is currently dating Snowfall actor Damson Idris. The couple confirmed their relationship last month on Harvey’s 26th birthday, roughly six months after Harvey broke up with Jordan following two years of dating.

Usher, on the other hand, is currently at the center of a fan debate whether he has the catalog to one day perform at the Super Bowl. One fan got the ball rolling on Twitter this week by claiming the Confessions crooner doesn’t has enough crossover hits for the halftime show.
“I know y’all think Usher should perform the next SB but I don’t think he has enough pop/Hip Hop hits,” she wrote. “Y’all are being intentionally obtuse. Not R&B. Pop. Crossover hits. He doesn’t have enough *pop* hits for a *13* min medley performance. It’ll be ok. That’s not a diss to Usher the artist. Bc you don’t think they would’ve considered him? Beyoncé would be a better choice.”

The tweet opened the floodgates for people to debate whether Usher could headline the Super Bowl halftime show. Those in favor listed the singer’s many accolades over the last three decades, such as his nine No. 1 singles, four No. 1 albums and over 100 million records sold worldwide.
Omarion even weighed in in The Shade Room‘s Instagram comments section, reminding people that Usher belongs in an elite group of artists thanks to having a diamond album under his belt.
“Fun fact. Usher has a diamond certification album. That’s a very small class,” Omarion wrote, referencing Usher’s 2003 Confessions LP, which surpassed the 10 million sales mark five years after its release.
Rihanna took the stage for the Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show on Sunday (February 12) and performed a 13-minute medley of hits from her decorated catalog.
