Tyler, The Creator has continued to build buzz for his new album Chromakopia by teasing yet more music from the eagerly anticipated project.
In a video shared on Tuesday (October 22), the Odd Future founder treated fans to snippets of several new songs from the album ahead of its release next week.

While their titles have been kept secret, the three tracks hint at another sonically diverse effort from Tyler as they range from the sweet and the soulful to the hard hitting and heavily distorted.
The 38-second sampler, which was accompanied by footage of Tyler in his now-familiar mask and military uniform, was to promote vinyl copies of Chromakopia which are available to pre-order on his website.
The snippets follow the release of the first two singles from Chromakopia: “St. Chroma,” which features Daniel Caesar and appears to be the intro song, and “NOID.”
The latter, which dropped earlier this week, finds Tyler wrestling with fame and paranoia over lush production that blends fuzzy guitars with jazzy, soulful flourishes.

“I can’t even buy a home in private / Home invasions got my brothers dyin’ / Notice every car that’s drivin’ by / Think my neighbors want me dead / I got a cannon underneath the bed, triple checkin’ if I locked the door / I know every creak that’s in the floor / Muthafucka, I’m paranoid!” he raps.
The accompanying video, directed by Tyler himself, captures this sense of paranoia as he’s accosted by camera-friendly fans in the street, anxiously monitors his rearview mirror while driving his Ferrari and fortifies himself inside his house while keeping watch through the curtains.
The sepia-colored clip ends with the Grammy-winner suffering what appears to be a mental breakdown as he runs away from imaginary enemies barefoot on a road.
It also might help to explain the mask that has defined the Chromakopia rollout thus far, suggesting it’s more than just a nod to the late MF DOOM, one of his biggest influences.

The album is set to drop next Monday (October 28) — just in time for Tyler’s star-studded Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival in mid November.
