Tyga has been named in a $4 million RICO lawsuit against former boxer Floyd Mayweather over alleged stolen jewelry.

In the suit, filed in Miami federal court on August 23, Miami-based jeweler Leonard Sulaymanov accused Mayweather and his company The Money Team (TMT) of violating the RICO Act along with a number of other crimes including fraud, civil conspiracy, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and civil theft.

Tyga was also named in the suit for allegedly failing to pay for a Rolex watch worth $97,000.

According to Sulaymanov, Mayweather purchased a number of expensive watches, as well as a diamond necklace and a diamond ring, from him during a meeting in Miami in June 2021.

The jeweler says he received only $267,000 in two down payments before the boxing legend left Miami.

Sulaymanov claims he then met back up with Mayweather, as well as Tyga, in Las Vegas two weeks later and brought with him 10 Rolex Presidential Anniversary watches, a Rolex Day-Date 40 and a Richard Mille, as requested.

The “Rack City” rapper allegedly agreed to pay $79,000 for a Rolex Day-Date, while Mayweather made more purchases despite failing to pay for the items he previously bought.

“As days passed and no wires were being received, [Sulaymanov] got concerned and started exchanging text messages with Defendants through their agent, [Jona] Rechnitz, about when payment could be expected,” the suit reads.

The complaint includes screenshots of alleged text messages from Mayweather’s agent Rechnitz confirming that the boxer owed $1.8 million for the watches.

However, Sulaymanov claims that he never received any payments despite a “written promise” that the funds would be wired to him.

The jeweler argues in his suit that Mayweather owes him a total of $3,883,657, which also accounts for the necklace and ring that he allegedly failed to pay for.

This isn’t the only bit of controversy that Tyga has found himself in lately.

Last month, he was accused of once partying with a 13-year-old girl in a hot tub after she snuck into one of his parties.

The unnamed woman appeared on the livestream of popular Kick streamer Fousey to play “2 Girls, 1 Date” when she made the revelation.

In the clip, she said: “[Tyga] was 21 at the time and me and my best friend were 13 and in seventh grade, and we snuck in her. We pulled up in her dad’s Rolls-Royce and then the security literally just let us in ’cause we were in the gated neighborhood.

“I was partying in a pool with Tyga at 13 in a hot tub! I have the craziest lift and stories I could tell for days. Oh, and I made him cupcakes one time.”
