Turk Settles Cash Money Records Lawsuit

Turk is no longer suing Cash Money, The Advocate reports.

On June 30, Turk’s request to dismiss his lawsuit against the label was approved.

The New Orleans rapper sued Cash Money in February for $1.3 million in damages and for not receiving royalties.

Turk seemingly won the lawsuit by default because the label didn’t respond to the suit.

However, Turk requested to dismiss the case, saying both parties reached an agreement. Each party will pay its own legal costs and fees.

    1. With the way Turk always talked about the lawsuit in interviews, you’d think this was his only source of real income for the last ten years. You know this dude is working hard at Foot Locker to be a top three sales associate in his store.
