Trae The Truth Releases Series Of Houston-Themed Emojis

Trae The Truth has joined the emoji game by partnering with Emoji Fame to create the “Emoji Flame” collection. Trae honors his hometown of Houston with more than 150 images including animated faces, plenty of whips, grills, bandanas, the Texas flag and a “1000” sign.

“I have a creative side and I stay in tune with what’s current,” Trae The Truth says to the Houston Chronicle. “I noticed what some other artists were doing, but Texas didn’t have any representation. I wanted to be the first to do it.”

The H-Town rapper released the emojis in conjunction with Trae Day, a celebration in the city where he gives back to the community with a school supply give away, HIV testing and a concert from Trae himself.

Emoji Fame has also worked with Hieroglyphics, Hopsin and Dizzy Wright to create other emoji collections.
