Tracklisting Revealed To Fabolous’ “S.O.U.L. Tape,” Lil Wayne Featured

Brooklyn, New York emcee Fabolous has gained much of his recognition from mixtape works and concepts. The veteran emcee will further that tradition, as Fab is now set to drop a new mixtape on April 21st, Thursday of next week, according to a tweet he sent out yesterday.

The release, titled The Soul Tape, is according to statements Fabolous made to XXL back in January, intended to be an amalgamation of Soul and Hip Hop. The Brooklyn rapper said, “I’m doing it over all old soul sampled beats, so I wanted to keep the world ‘soul’ within the title…. Its kinda one of those tapes that I want people to just sit through and listen and really hear the lyrics.”

The Soul Tape is Fab’s follow up to last year’s retail mixtape There Is No Competition 2: Funeral Service. The rapper’s next official major label release, Loso’s Way 2, is still awaiting release.

    (April 12)

    1. Fab is always nice. Loso’s way was underrated. Unfortunatly, he has a rep for putting otu mediocre albums, theses internet dudes (most who don’t even buy/listen to albums) repeat what everyone is is saying and judge material without listening.

    2. As a rapper that loves soul beats…all I’m gonna say is: He better not leave no loopable beats on this tape cause I will loop the shit out of them

    3. yo gotti is the downsouth fab he gave us one dope ass album L.I.F.E an a bunch of fire ass mixtapes

    4. woulda been nice to see budden on there, he can spit that soul mood muzik.

fab fell off, i doubt this album even carrys a soul vibe to it.

      we’ll see i guess,
