T.I.‘s son has voiced his frustrations over Waka Flocka Flame disregarding his invite for his upcoming 19th birthday celebration.
On Tuesday (August 8), King C’Andre Harris took to social media to share the unfortunate news in a extremely somber tone.

“It’s one n-gga that I’m hurt about mane,” he began. “Shit done hurt me mane but it’s iight — ’cause I know how shit be. Waka Flocka. I reached out to Waka Flocka. N-gga left me on seen. That’s crazy. But, shit man, maybe one day.”
He added: “Maybe one day. Me and Waka come from the same side too so that shit crazy.”

While King is visibly devastated over Waka’s dismissal of his birthday invite, his father has been hard at work attempting to put smiles on faces with his ongoing comedy career.
In early July, it was announced that T.I. would be making his televised stand-up debut in Kevin Hart‘s upcoming Comic View reboot.

Variety (via Yahoo! Entertainment) was the first to break the news, revealing that Hart began taping the event on July 6 and concluded taping it on July 9.
The event, hosted by Mike Epps, was taped at the Resorts World in Las Vegas, NV, and featured the Rubber Band Man strutting his comedic stuff alongside seasoned stand-up performers like Bresha Webb, Tommy Davidson, and Taccara Williams. Wild N’Out‘s D.C. Young Fly also made an appearance on stage.

“I’m thrilled to partner with BET for the return of ‘Comic View’ as part of Hartbeat Weekend making this can’t-miss celebration of comedy, music and culture,” Hart said in a statement to the outlet at the time. “Having hosted ‘Comic View’ in the past, I understand first-hand the incredible platform this franchise offers for comedians to showcase their talents on a national stage and I’m excited to continue that tradition in Las Vegas.”
In addition, while speaking to HipHopDX on the red carpet at the 2023 BET Awards in Los Angeles previously, the Atlanta rapper admitted in that he has a hard time recalling the majority of his rhymes and offered some insight into his memory struggles.
Tip explained that songs are a “snapshot” of the moment they were written and said he’s often impressed when he hears some of his old lyrics.
“I cannot answer that question definitively because I don’t even remember most of the lyrics that I wrote,” he said when asked about his most underrated verse. “That’s the beauty about art as it pertains to music in Hip Hop because it’s about the mindset of the person at the time the song was created.”

“So as soon as that song was created, once you walk out that booth, once you walk out that studio, you continue to live life, your mindset, your consciousness evolves, but the song is stuck in that moment, you see what I’m saying? So it’s a snapshot of that moment.”
He added: “We can listen back and be proud. I still to this day hear a lot of songs that I’ve written, a lot of verses that I’ve spit and I’m like, ‘Damn, okay. I had a hell of a perspective at the time.'”
