Since the original launch of HipHopDX, we have been
ahead of the curve in design and are always implementing new editions to help
the viewers navigate through the site.
Here is a rundown of the new sections and features.
We have merged our media sections into one area. The Audio,
Mixtapes and Video sections can all be found in the same designated area. To
view each section, roll your cursor over each tab (clicking the tab will take
you to the index page of each section).
We upgraded the Mixtapes area on our index page as well. Allowing viewers to
now see our six latest updates. For more information on the mixtapes simply
roll the curser over the image and a pop-up with a larger cover art image, DJ
or Artist names and title will appear. Click to listen.
Recently teaming up with DJ Skee, HipHopDX will now allow
viewers to check out the daily episodes of SkeeTV right from our site. Our own
video updates will be listed on the right hand side, now updated atleast once a
day with all new videos, interviews, sneak previews and more.
Moving down on the site some might have noticed we have implemented the use of blogs. With a core group of talented writers alongside guest artist blogs (Termanology, Donwill, Stimuli, Crooked I and more to come) we hope to bring a better sense of community and connection between ourself and our viewers.
Originally updated monthly, our Brains & Beauty section has garnished such a demand that we are now blessing you once a week! So every week you can feast your eyes on a lovely lady (with brains to match (because we KNOW you read the interview before taking a look at the pictures … right?).
Are you an up and coming artist, producer or DJ? Hell … an up and coming painter, actor or movie director? The point is, if you’ve got “next” we want to hear about it. DXnext is a new section that will put the spotlight on someone new every week!
