After literally years of album delays and setbacks, the Clipse may finally off of their label Jive.
“Right now Clipse are free agents,” said Malice to Toronto publication Eye Weekly. “There are a few labels
that are interested.”
Besides that, there is no official word whether or not they are officially off of Jive. In 2006, member Pusha T told Rolling Stone Magazine “I hate Jive. I hate them motherfuckers. With all my heart and all the
passion and my soul I hate these bitches. It’s about the lynching of
every staff member up in this motherfuckers.”
The animosity was due to the duo’s second album, Hell Hath No Fury, being pushed back several years, as the group began recording in 2003, and finished in 2004.
