One of the women suing Top Dawg Entertainment for sexual misconduct has doubled down on her claims after the label’s lawyer called the lawsuit a “shakedown.”

The suit, filed on Friday (January 31), accuses several TDE employees — including senior executives Brandon Tiffith and Anthony “Moosa” Tiffith Jr., the sons of label founder Top Dawg — of subjecting the women to sexual harassment and assault.

In response, TDE’s attorney Marty Singer accused the two female plaintiffs of extortion, saying in a statement: “This is a clear example of a shakedown lawsuit by Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri who made a demand of $48 million through their attorneys on fabricated claims, and whose attorneys are looking for their 10 minutes of fame.

“There are text messages and communications that totally refute these baseless claims. Additionally, Ms. Luna and Ms. Altayri were never employees of Top Dawg Entertainment. We are confident that we will prevail in this action.”

Luna, one of the plaintiffs, has since hit back at the denial on social media, posting alleged proof of her working for the powerhouse Hip Hop label, which counts SZA, Doechii and ScHoolboy Q among its artists.

“Management memories with Alemeda but I’m lying??” she wrote alongside a photo of her and others with the recent TDE recruit.

She also shared an image of her with Moosa and wrote: “But I never worked with TDE??? Hmm, and my legal team nor I have ever asked for $48 million neither nor any other dollar amount. This is why it’s hard for women to come forward, but we will let this play in court with the evidence.

“It’s unfortunate women in this male dominated industry are conditioned to think this type of manipulation & abuse is normal and we accept.. not anymore.”

Luna added in a follow-up post: “This is my truth and I am finally standing up for myself. This doesn’t have anything to do with any artists beef […] In no way, form or shape is this a plot or agenda to bring anyone down.. this is my life.”

In the suit, Brandon Tiffith is accused by one plaintiff of unwanted sexual advances and sexual battery, while Anthony Tiffith Jr. is accused of a “pattern of sexual harassment” by the two women.

One of the plaintiffs, described in the filing as a friend of a TDE artist, alleges that she was “sexually harassed twice by TDE employees, one of whom gave her alcohol (despite her being underage) in an attempt to further sexual advances.”

The accusers’ lawyer Shounak S. Dharap also said in a statement: “This lawsuit presents a glaring example of the systemic abuse and exploitation in the entertainment industry. Our clients trusted TDE to act with integrity and professionalism.

“Instead, their trust was betrayed in profoundly damaging ways. They’re bringing this lawsuit because they refuse to be silenced, and because they intend to hold TDE accountable in court.”

The lawsuit was filed shortly before the label’s big night at the 2025 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 2), where SZA took home Best R&B Song and Doechii claimed Best Rap Album, as well as putting on a show-stealing performance.

Former signee and friend of TDE, Kendrick Lamar, was one of the night’s biggest winners, walking away with five awards for “Not Like Us” including Song of the Year and Record of the Year.
