Rapper T.I. has been summoned to appear before a federal judge in Atlanta in order to explain why he shouldn’t head back to prison as the result of his recent arrest.
According to MyFoxAtlanta.com, U.S. District Judge Charles Pannel Jr. signed the summons to bring T.I. Pannel was the same judge that sentenced T.I. for firearms violations.
T.I. faces three violations of his probation: testing positive for opiates, possession of ecstasy, and associating with a convicted felon.
No date has been set for the hearing.
There is no reason that he should remain free, he broke the law he should be sent to jail (point, blsnk, period). If he was an average citizen he wouldn’t even be out right now. If this guy get off this time the judge that let him off needs to be off the bench.
