T.I. Released From Halfway House, Completes 11-Month Sentence

After serving an 11-month sentence for violating his parole on a gun conviction, T.I. is once again a free man.

According to CNN, Tip was released from his halfway house in Atlanta, Georgia earlier this morning. He was initially sent to the house on August 31st, but briefly returned to jail for a short while after prison officials suspected he was conducting business on his bus to the home.

The King of the South originally entered prison in 2009 after cops arrested him for attempting to buy machine guns in a grocery store parking lot. He served seven months for the crime, and later returned to the clink after police pulled him over for making an illegal U-turn and discovered drugs in his vehicle.

    1. Any bets on when he goes back to jail? Is his first single gonna be called “I’m Bacc (For the Moment)”? I like T.I. as a rapper but alot of the stupid shit he does to himself is pretty much insanity.

    2. I have a strange feeling his next album is going to go platinum in his first week. The streets as well as the suites are waiting for this man to come out with an album.

    3. I second the snitch part…how you do 11 months for all that he got caught up with (lmao @ he got caught up in the 1st place)man ONLY snitches go get a deal like that. @that lawyer talk…word of mouth AIN’T Ish!! ya’ll believe too much of what you hear.

    4. My guess is the man will be back in shackles within three years. I’m not hating – sadly, there are some people, like T.I., who repeatadly make poor decisions.
