Swizz Beatz has shot down rumors that he and high-profile fiancee Alicia Keys will be getting married this weekend.
In an interview with OK! Magazine, the “Ruff Ryders Anthem” producer balked at the notion. “Well its not this weekend!” he explained. ”But you know, were excited. Our union is amazing. Our union is pure. Our union is positive no matter what people say or what people think, time will tell everything and you know, silence is the best thing. We just keep it private and we do our thing and just have fun with it.”
Swizz also explained that his wedding would be low key. “Just an amazing day,” he said of the future ceremony. “Very intimate. It’s not a superstar wedding. It’s not a gimmicky wedding. It’s a true bond of love, you know, that’s not based on having the most famous person sitting there while you’re doing it. It’s about having the closest people who really understand you as a person and that really have love for you. So it’s a small situation.”
A wedding with Keys, who is pregnant with Swizz’ child, isn’t the only thing the he’s got planned, as the beatsmith provided some details about his upcoming album. “I’m working on my album which is super incredible. Got everybody on there from Jay-Z to John Legend to Mary [J. Blige] to Drake. Super amazing album. I’m also working on Lenny Kravitz new album, working with Cold Play.”
As for a track with Alicia, the only problem Swizz will face there is to decide which track to choose. “On one song she just played keys on. I dont know, cause I dont know which one I’m going to use. I have a few songs.”
Swizz gets dap for knockin up alicia’s fine ass…but as far as his albums they all suck and he needs to step back for a few and get some inspiration cause his recent work has been garbage…
All he needs to do is fall back on the vocals and he’ll be straight.
