This past weekend, possessions of Death Row Records founder Suge Knight were sold off in order to pay off storage debts. Several crates of the mogul’s furniture, clothing and gym equipment were auctioned off to California buyers after he failed to pay Conejo Valley Moving & Storage owner Joe Furmidge, according to the Ventura County Star.
The assets came from Knight’s former Malibu mansion which was also sold in 2008 following an ’06 bankruptcy. Auctioneers Dan and Laura Dotson said that the Hip Hop businessman’s fame attracted a number of potential buyers. “The name that is behind it,” said Laura Dotson, “I think a lot of curiosity is here and people wanting to own a little bit of that.”
According to the newspaper, a flat-screen television was sold for $230, a large photo with Knight and late Rap artist Tupac Shakur went for $100, and other items were sold for relatively low prices. The auction garnered $4,500, which almost covered Knight’s bill.
“It didn’t quite cover what he owed us, but almost,” said Furmidge. “That’s better than a stick in the eye.”
Suge just keep taking losses. Fuck him anyways.
If Pac was around u fellas think he woulda bailed him out like when Suge bailed him outta da joint?
I wonder…
At one time Death Row Records was worth like like 300 million…Looks Like KARMA is still after Suge. And Damn! $100 for a Tupac pic I would have snatched that up!!
this nigga bout to be out on the street. yo they should bring e true hollywood stories for this shit.
Yall are dumb if you think suge is broke. All he did was transfer the money out his name into a corporation. And purchased assetts under that corporation so people who sue him can never get to the money. There is no way to be broke after making 300 million unless you are an idiot and I doubt he is that stupid
Well said. Suge hiding his money.
yo myk lost 200 mill plus..why dont u think suge could.dumb ass pples always fail to see into the future.the 3rd eye pplz…!!
Thats sad, suge ur a failure
