H.E.R. shared her newest EP, I Used To Know Her: The Prelude, on Friday (August 3).
The once-anonymous singer from Vallejo, California began to tease the project on Tuesday (July 31), with a series of social media posts.
The six-track project features Bryson Tiller on “Could’ve Been” and DJ Scratch on “Lost Souls.”
H.E.R.’s official debut album doesn’t have an official release date yet but she hints that it’ll be coming soon. She’s currently on Chris Brown’s Heartbreak On A Full Moon Tour performing tracks from her previous EPs, H.E.R. Volume 1 and H.E.R. Volume 2 – The B Sides.

This shit is dope. She got a great voice but her bars are on point as well so I wish she rapped more on this EP. That first track is my favourite. Love that sample too. Will check out more of her music.
