State Property‘s Oschino claims he was the pen behind Beanie Sigel‘s infamous 2001 Jadakiss diss “Kiss The Game Goodbye.”

Over Kiss’ Swizz Beatz-produced “Put Your Hands Up” beat, the Broad Street Bully came for The LOX rapper with clever bars like, “Peep speculate, game over/Dig this – I’m about to son Kiss like a soda.”

On a recent episode of the Apt 5H podcast, comedian Derek Gaines revisited the track as the show discussed the beef between Beans and Kiss and looked to determine a winner.

Referencing the above bars, the Philly-based Gaines said, “Beanie had the line! That had us going crazy in high school!”

Sharing the clip of the discussion to social media, Oschino popped into the comments and revealed he’d actually written the scathing diss for his fellow State Property member.

“Crazy that I wrote that lol,” he wrote.

This isn’t the first time this has been said.

Back in 2016, even Peedi Crakk shared on the Doggie Diamonds No Filter podcast he believed Beanie Sigel got some help.

“Oschino and [Young] Chris had wrote that with him, too,” he said.

He also alluded to the notion that Beans had a roundtable of busy pens as he was preparing his contributions to the famed, DJ Envy-hosted Empire Strikes Back mixtape.

“They all wrote it together,” Peedi added. “Ask Oschino, he knows better than me. No, they did write that shit. They did, I remember. The wrote it together all of ’em.”

As for the since-squashed beef, Beanie revealed in a 2023 interview with VLAD TV that JAY-Z‘s lyrics on R.Kelly‘s “Fiesta” remix is what actually caused the friction.

According to Beans, The LOX were firing subtle shots at the Roc-A-Fella team on a variety of tracks. But it all apparently began after Hov jumped on the remix of R. Kelly’s “Fiesta,” the original of which Jadakiss appeared on.

Jay’s verse on the track had The LOX feeling like he was attacking Kiss on the low, and before long, the war began.

“Kiss had that record. He was on that R. Kelly record,” Beans said about the original “Fiesta” track. “He didn’t take a shot at me. Jay took a shot at them. ‘After the party it’s the hotel lobby … and after the original it’s probably this.’ That ‘Fiesta’ joint. Kiss and them was on that joint first.”

He continued: “It was a shot because it was a couple joints that they was on first and Jay jumped on joints and then you hear little stuff. We all know who the best is Big ain’t here so it was a lot of dark storm.”

It’s all water under the bridge now, however, and Beanie and Jada have come together many a time since.
