Pharrell celebrated his 50th birthday this week, with fans and peers including Snoop Dogg and Tyler, The Creator among those sending him well wishes.
The superproducer, singer and fashionista celebrated five decades of life on Wednesday (April 5). Snoop Dogg took to Instagram to mark the occasion, sharing a selection of photos of himself and Pharrell throughout the years.

One pic shows a much younger Snoop and Pharrell hanging out, whereas the other shows them as seasoned professionals kicking back in the studio. “Happy. C. Day. @pharrell thankful to have u as a producer friend and brother welcome to the 5th floor. Cuh,” he captioned his post.
Uncle Snoop wasn’t the only one to show the Neptunes producer some love. Tyler, The Creator hopped on IG to wish Pharrell a very happy birthday. The Odd Future founder used his Instagram Stories to share photos of Pharrell throughout his career and their past interactions.

Busta Rhymes wrote a touching tribute on Instagram. “There is no amount of words that can describe what this man has done to continue to inspire me, push me forward and keep me the most positive and productive space through out the 25 plus yrs we have known each other!!” he wrote. “Happy Born Day and Happy 50th to my Brother @pharrell and one of the most incredible human beings to exist. More Life Beloved.”
Diddy also used his IG Story to show his appreciation to Pharrell. He posted a pic of the Virginia-bred multihyphenate, with the caption, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY KING @PHARRELL.”

Fellow Virginia native, Timbaland also showed some love to the “Happy” hitmaker, with his own personal post on Insta. “Happy Birthday to my VA brother @pharrell ! Live long and prosper,” he wrote in the post’s caption.
BABE creator Nigo and DJ Premier also sent heartwarming messages to Pharrell on their respective IG pages.

Skateboard P’s fans also took to Twitter to extend their earnest birthday wishes, laced with shock and awe as the veteran hitmaker has barely aged a day since entering the music business in the early 1990s.
One Twitter user wrote: “50 years old? I’m convinced Pharrell is immortal,” while another tweeted: “Pharrell is 50 years old Today and still looking like a 25 year old.”
Another stunned fan wrote: “Pharrell is FIFTY?!?! This isn’t a looks young thing I just genuinely did not realize the number was getting that high wow. Still moves like he’s idk 38 or 42 tops lmao what a guy.”
Amid the birthday wishes, he was spotted alongside Pusha T in the midst of celebrating his 50th birthday. The two were observed getting some grub, enjoying some time on the lake, and even playing on a toy racetrack together.
