Snoop Dogg and Pharrell have teamed up for a collaborative album, according to Snoop.

Stevie Wonder and Charlie Wilson are among the featured featured guests slated to appear on the album. The album title and release date has not be revealed.

In June, Pharrell spoke about the album.

“Snoop’s album is better than mine,” Pharrell said in an interview with Los Angeles radio station Power 106’s Big Boy’s Neighborhood. “It’s Snoop Dogg. You’re gonna bug out from the approach of what we did. We’re almost done. The songs are done. Now I’m just adding the finishing touches…But dude. Snoop’s album is better than mine.”

Snoop and Pharrell have collaborated on several hits, including “Beautiful.”

    1. im not excited for this.. last 3 snoop albums were 1 rasta shit and 2 pop shit..if we get the hard snoop back count me in..if we get the bullshit autotune snopp. then next.

      1. Yeah but that wasn’t an official Snoop album. He did that as a one off side project. He probably wouldn’t make a West Coast g-funk album like that on an official Snoop Dogg solo album. He’s doing trendy pop stuff now.

    2. I cant understand why folks like pharrel weak, pop, play it safe, commercial ass. All this nigglets shit sound rehashed n stale. This nigga never made 1 hot ass beat. All his shit got those dull flat ass drums n shit, just boring.

    3. Tracks I’m hoping for SHADY XV-

Bad Meets Evil feat. Dr. Dre
Eminem feat. 50 Cent Dr. Dre
      D12 feat. Jon Connor
      Eminem feat. Kendrick Lamar
      Slaughterhouse feat. D12
      Eminem feat. Yelawolf
      Bad Meets Evil feat. Yelawolf
Dr Dre feat. Kendrick Lamar 50 Cent Eminem Jon Connor

    4. Shady/Aftermath needs to jump on each other’s tracks like back in the days… They need to be more united so they can takeover over the rap game

      1. inception shit in reality your telling the truth and people who claim this will be a classic are actually trolling

    5. the snoop lion album actually was listenable….maybe not buyable, but listenable. snoop just talks about boring shit now. even adults won’t listen to him

    6. Luv Snoop Dog to death. The only record I never felt was when he dissed Eazy, but I am fiendin a Snoop flow to a beat by dre. I don’t think Pharell bring out the best in him. Drop it like it hot was cool but didn’t live up to the expectation.
A great club banger, but not the Snoop we all know and love.

    7. He needs to quit fucking around and work with Dre or Dam Funk. Snoop’s always at his best when he raps over g-funk beats. It compliments his voice and style. It’s like Premier and Guru, Havoc and Prodigy, Muggs and Cypress Hill, Organized Noize and Outkast, Pharrell and Clipse, etc, etc.

      1. G-funk? You stupid or what? it’s 2015 snoop done switched his style up so many times since then get out of the past. if you wanna listen to g funk go buy doggystyle

      2. I totally agree. Especially Dam Funk. 7 Days of Funk was a classic. If they dont make another album im going to be pissed

    8. I don’t really get why one of the greatest rap producers of all time is wasting upwards of 10 new beats on a washed up snoop dogg who has rhymes that are as simple as a 5th grader now. Don’t get me wrong, snoop has been a huge part of rap and has had some great stuff, but I think I speak for all when I say I’d rather have a guy like Pharell(or Dre/Kanye/Just Blaze/Timbaland) do production for some of the younger guys who are coming up. We know they need it. The production has taken the biggest bit by far in hip hop. Guys can and always will be able to rhyme well, but that doesn’t mean they’ll have a great song. need top notch production for that.

      1. I dont know why one of the most original muthafuckas to touch the mic is wastin time with a weak ass pop nigga like pharell anyways. Dude has never made a hot beat. Always usin those weak, stale ass drums. His shit always sound like some other dudes shit.

      2. Both of you trippin.

I suggest you get Snoop and Dame Funk new/recent album called 7 Days of Funk(that’s actually the groups name and self-title album). Snoop brings that old-school rap vibe like no other.
Read the reviews on 7 days offunk on amazon

Pharell is a dope muthafucka but he’s way more doper with Chad Hugo. I was always a fan of the neptunes but recently Pharell is like “meh”. But I am loving the beat in the trailer, that’s my type of music right there.

    9. ^^ He already admitted that. The posts are always tagged with stuff like “i wanna fuck this girl” and “ride my dick” “DM me baby” lmfao

    10. give anything to get “death row n no limit” snoop back. deep cover through no limit top dogg. i’d make the trip to best buy to buy the physical

    11. Aside from Dre and his Aftermath co-producers, nobody was able to bring out the A-game from Snoop but Pharrell. This shit should be dope project, even if I expect it to be much more radio friendly than their works when Snoop was signed to StarTrak.

    12. knowing someone who brings out the best in you is smart i suggest errbody should do that when they dont know which way to go like snoop but gotta be original since sktbrd p got served with that lawsuit

    13. Pharell and Snoop make great music together. This album is going to have that old school “steve arrington, gap band era vibe… Dopeness!!!

    14. Is there a way I could edit a song so I can keep kendrick’s verse but get rid of officer ricky’s alltogether?

      1. I use WavePad sound editor. It’s free. I recently used it to remove 2 Chainz off of Tech N9ne’s new song.

    15. Few good songs, but niggaz in da hood should not be banging dis , pharrill succs dicc i dont giv fucc nigaa is a fony, snoop should go bacc to the gansta shit otherwize hes done like that women beater dr dre

      1. Snoop hasn’t been a “n*gga in the hood” for over 20 years… why would he still keep making that type of music? I personally think this album sucks, but I can understand artists wanting to evolve.

    16. I wish Pharrell would spend his energy into putting out music with dope MCs such as Lupe Fiasco. I just can’t take Snoop seriously anymore. He’s a gimmick.

    17. I got this album almost a week ago and I’ve been bumping it back to back. Classic, except the song with T.I lol
