Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre celebrated a monumental career milestone amid the festivities of Super Bowl 2024 in Las Vegas.

On Sunday (February 11), the legendary West Coast duo hosted a Super Bowl afterparty in Sin City’s Encore Beach Club. At the event, they performed their iconic collaboration, “Gin & Juice” to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

In a fan-captured video clip , the Long Beach native could be seen rapping with a blunt in his hand with the N.W.A. alum by his side.

The performance received a warm reception from partygoers and observers alike, who flocked to social media to express their thoughts.

“Forever smooth [hands raised, fire emoji],” one user wrote under a 2cool2bl0g repost of the performance, while another called it “Unbelievable” on Twitter.

Snoop Dogg himself took to  Instagram to share an image of the power duo posing alongside industry veterans Big Boy and Jermaine Dupri. The caption reads: “One, two, three onto the 4 [camera emoji, smiley-face-with-shades emoji].”

As for the Super Bowl LVIII Halftime headliner, Usher stormed the main stage and put on a performance to remember as he was joined by special guests  LudacrisAlicia Keys and Lil Jon, among others.

The legendary R&B singer performed a medley of some of his biggest hits, including “Yeah!,” “My Boo,” “Caught Up,” “Burn” and “OMG” and more from across his 30-year career, cramming in a total of 13 tracks.

As is custom for the colossal event, the Atlanta native recruited some friends for his set — Alicia Keys joined him for their classic duet “My Boo” while both Ludacris and Lil Jon showed up for an amped-up rendition of “Yeah!” The concert also featured a brief cameo from a shorts-wearing Jermaine DupriH.E.R. and will.i.am in a space-like mask.

With the likes of JAY-ZBeyoncé and Taylor Swift in attendance, the show featured a lot of complex dance choreography and, at one point, a roller-skating sequence.

Additionally, the 45-year-old also paid tribute to Atlanta’s strip club culture as Ludacris performed his verse from “Yeah!” surrounded by pole dancers.

The set concluded with Usher saying, “I took the world to the A,” after which he told the crowd in Las Vegas that he loved them.

The Super Bowl itself finished with the Kansas City Chiefs beating the San Francisco 49ers with a score of 25-22 and quarterback Patrick Mahomes being named MVP.
