SlimKid3 has teamed up with DJ Nu-Mark to release Another Day Another Dollar EP, which is available today.
The rapper, best known for his work as a member of The Pharcyde, explains that he linked with Nu-Mark after finding commonality in their love of Hip Hop.
“Working with Nu-Mark has been a collaboration in the true sense of the word,” he said in a press release. “We didn’t just email files back and forth, we worked on both tracks in the studio together. Nu-Mark really knows hip-hop and he had really valuable insights from things like switching the order of certain verses to suggesting different words in places. I appreciate him pushing me during the writing process and I’m really excited about what came out of those sessions.”
The EP is available for free download on his website www.slimkid3.com by entering an email in the download widget. Fans can also purchase special packages with men’s and women’s t-shirts inspired by the “three-dollar bill” artwork.
