Slim Thug Hits Out At Diddy Haters Celebrating His Demise: ‘It’s His Own People’

Slim Thug has taken issue with those vocally celebrating Diddy’s demise, lamenting that “it’s his own people” who are the loudest.

In an Instagram Live on Tuesday (March 26), the Houston rap legend expressed dismay at the reaction to Puffy’s mounting legal troubles, which saw his homes raided by Homeland Security earlier this week.

“I don’t want to see a Black man who came so far — almost to a billion dollars — fall down,” Thug began. “That’s our inspiration. It ain’t too many of us. They took Kanye down.

“We losing another billionaire over allegations. Still ain’t no criminal charges. We only got about one billionaire left. Who, JAY-Z? That’s the only muthafucka left.”

The Boss Hogg continued: “Look at who is wishing this dude fell. It’s his own people. It’s his own people cheering him, laughing and ‘Diddy did it’ and coming up with new slogans. Take note of this.

“A year or two ago when we were popping Cîroc, he thought that we were ride or die for him. He thought that the motherfucking world of Hip Hop would stay down … I’m just gonna sit back and hope for the best. I don’t wanna see nobody go down.”

While Slim Thug didn’t name any names, two rappers who have been vocal in ridiculing Diddy are 50 Cent and Ma$e.

Earlier this week, the G-Unit mogul taunted his longtime rival over the raids on his Los Angeles and Miami properties, which were part of a federal investigation into sex trafficking allegations.

Moments after the news broke, Fif wrote on Instagram: “Shit just got real [eye emojis] the Fed’s in all the cribs, damn they got the kids in cuffs.”

In a second post, he added: “Now it’s not Diddy do it, it’s Diddy done [shrug emoji] they don’t come like that unless they got a case.”

Former Bad Boy rapper Ma$e also made light of his old label boss’ legal woes on a recent episode of his sports talk show It Is What It Is.

“Reparations is getting closer and closer!” he said in response to the news, prompting laughter from co-hosts Cam’ron and Treasure “Stat Baby” Wilson.

Murda, who has had a contentious relationship with Diddy since he left Bad Boy in the late ’90s and has accused him of exploitative business practices, also called the situation “the big payback.”

Meanwhile, Slim Thug previously defended Diddy after his ex-girlfriend Cassie sued him for rape, sexual assault, sex trafficking and domestic abuse in November.

In a video posted to Instagram at the time, the “Still Tippin'” rapper suggested that Cassie filed the lawsuit for financial gain.

“They’re coming back and getting Bill Cosby, coming back and getting Puff — I don’t believe in that, man,” he said.

“When shit go down, speak on that shit right there or it should be null and void. You shouldn’t be able to do shit unless you let the people know what happened immediately. There should be a time limit on that shit.”

He added: “What happened was […] you were fucking with a billionaire with all this bread all this time, and then you went and followed your heart to fucking with a trainer.

“That apartment got small, that lifestyle fell off, now it’s struggle time, the love wearing off and now you trying to come up with ways to figure out how to get paid […] Quit trying to expose people for money.”

    1. Slim Thug always comes online to say dumb shit. The definition of the contrarian brother in the flesh.

    2. The thing is if he’s not guilty then he has nothing to worry about. In this life you either do right or you do wrong. If you do wrong then there is often a consequence to that. I won’t support you if you do wrong. For me it’s that simple.

      1. Really? No one has ever been screwed that didn’t do (insert vague claim here) it?! It’s that sort of attitude that keeps the system able to do whatever they want to anyone anytime they want. Hope that they don’t come for you one day because your naive reasoning won’t help. Trust me. 💯

      2. While I agree inncoent people get shafted by the system sometimes, at the end of the day we’ve all KNOWN for decades about Diddy being a scumbag. They’ve just always protected him up until now.

    3. I don’t listen to nobody with the stupid beard like that here in bawstan there’s a lot of them

    5. Dude must be living under a rock. He doesn’t see all the victims of Diddy? So he is supposed to get a pat on the back for all the shit he did wrong?

      1. These contrarian mofos stay on code for the stupidest shit. Ask Slim about some white judges making laws against us, and he’ll say he ain’t up on that.

    6. What exactly makes Puffy black like the rest of us? His skin color? Because he sure hasn’t done shit for black people the whole time he’s been in the public eye from what I’ve seen but talk down on us for not having money like him and harming other black people. Got those people trampled at Howard. Black people. Got the best two rappers we’re ever going to see killed directly and indirectly. Black people. Shot that woman in the face. Black woman. All of his sexual victims, black women and men. Hell, you can’t even say this piece of shit was out here on some Thanksgiving turkeys shit. He’s a worthless degenerate.

    7. Aye, sit yo country ass down! Diddy isn’t “my people”. F u mean? This man been doin dirt to black folks for decades and you think what’s happening to him is because he is black?
You gotta be either dumb or involved in the bs to even suggest that.

    8. Karma! Slim thug dumb af. Pos at least. Were it a white dude he’d be all for it. Don’t speak for us peon. You’re not a leader. And you lack all qualifications of being one.
