Saukrates To Release New Album “Season One” As A Three-Part Series

    Canada’s Saukrates has announced the release of his upcoming album Season One, which will be parceled out in three different parts.

    The first and second installments will consist of three songs each, while the first six songs plus six new tracks. The first part, which is now available through a joint partnership between Frostbyte and eOne, includes the songs “Drop It Down” featuring Redman, “Say I” and “Na Na Na.”

    The third installment of Season One will hit stores in the first quarter of 2012. HipHopDX will keep you updated.

    1. This guy’s like 40 years old. He’s been out since like 93, got dropped on Def Jam in the 90’s..and still hasn’t “crossed the border”, now trying to ride Redman and Drake’s coattail. He’s a joke.

      1. He’s 33 which means he was 17 when he dropped “Hate Runs Deep”, a song better than your favorite rappers career.

        And at this point i don’t think he’s too worried about blowing up in the states, im sure he’s more relieved to get this album out finally.

        Saukrates is dope. Riding coattails? He’s a dope feature for an array of artists, but solo he’s a beast too.
