Sauce Walka’s latest run-in with authorities comes after several members of The Sauce Factory (TSF) were arrested on racketeering charges back in December.

According to FOX 26 Houston, a number of alleged members of TSF — founded by Walka — were taken into custody just before Christmas for various crimes following an investigation conducted by the FBI and Houston Police Department.

Sauce Walka is not the only high-profile rapper in hot water at the moment over drug charges. Last month, Kodak Black was wanted by police in Florida after violating his bail conditions for failing a drug test.

Law enforcement believe the Pompano Beach native failed a drug test on February 8. The results showed traces of fentanyl, the highly potent synthetic opioid that has claimed the lives of fellow rappers Mac Miller, Juice WRLD and Lil Peep.

After appearing in court over the matter earlier this week, Kodak was ordered to check himself into a rehab facility.

Kodak’s legal team argued in court that their client had never tested positive for Fentanyl and has been seeking treatment for addiction to other drugs. The rapper’s lawyer Bradford Cohen claimed the lab might have mixed up his urine sample due to a star-struck employee handling the tests.

The employee testified it was probable that an error in the tests could’ve been made. Judge Barbara Duffy took note and told Kodak a hair sample could be taken to determine whether he had drugs in his system, but he refused and was ordered to enter rehab for 30 days.
