Safaree claims there are people out to kill him.
After receiving a call from prison, Safaree Samuels, most famously known as Nicki Minaj’s ex, revealed that he received some grim news from behind bars.
According to Safaree, his prison source informed him that there’s a price on his head.
“Got a call from prison… Hearing there’s BIG money on my head…streets talk…. Small world.. #darksideofthemusicbiz,” Safaree wrote in a tweet sent yesterday (May 12).
Prior to sharing the news he received from prison, Safaree revealed that he had already been receiving death threats, and was forced to change his phone number.
“Got alotta death threats yesterday so I changed my # and closed all my email accounts..,” he tweeted.
News of the alleged death threats comes shortly after Nicki Minaj tweeted about Safaree, who she referred to as a “poor excuse of a man,” filing a lawsuit against her.
“Two years later this poor excuse of a man is suing me & claiming to have been physically & emotionally abused. Lol. He’s so miserable,” Nicki Minaj tweeted on May 11.

This is another example of people getting strung out on social media..if you are receiving death threats, why are you Tweeting about it??? Since you got money to buy fur coats and gold chains “assuming they real” buy yourself some “street protection”
IT could be just to generate attention in order to generate a little more money. On another note,it can be more serious and he could be letting the world knows before something happens to him? The industry and hollywood aint nothing to be messed with. Theyll wipe you off the face of the earth and make us forget you even existed.
