Earlier this month, Romeo detailed how he was involved in a wreck in early 2024. While he and his cousin escaped, he was left with extensive rehabilitation.
“My head injuries made everything difficult, but after my successful neck/spinal procedures and clearance to get back to my active life, I realized that what I prayed for going into the new year wasn’t what I needed but what I selfishly wanted,” the son of Master P wrote.

He added: “On my journey of rehabbing and being STILL, I was finally truly able to ONLY lean on God. It wasn’t my body that needed transformation, but it was my mind and spirit.”
Back in 2013, Romeo was involved in another terrifying car accident.
TMZ caught up with the then-24-year-old, who was just happy to be alive. “Blessed to be alive, to be honest, man. Fresh from the hospital. You know I got into that car accident… I walked out like Moses, though. I walked out, real talk, basically just scratches on me.”
Romeo somberly reflected on what the incident could have meant for him. “Honestly, I’m just happy to be here. To all my fans out there…I could’ve been gone. I got a collision, seventy miles-per-hour on my side of the car… Really put things in perspective.”
“I was asleep. It was like movie,” he added. “Everybody out there, just be grateful, because you never know.”
